Customers are entitled to a free delivery service for any purchase of $400 or above (after discount) at chinchillashop.hk.

A deliver charge of HK$60 will be imposed if the price after discount is within HK$250-HK$399, no delivery service under HK$250

Order placement is cut off at noon every Tuesday. Delivery is made on Thursday. Any order which is placed after cut off time will be delivered next week.

Delivery service is applicable only in Hong Kong Island and Kowloon Peninsula, no service in New Territories and Island District。
