* Severe conditions, such as hair ties, abnormally long hair, strong odour, etc, are to be charged higher than the regular price. The total amount charged is to be confirmed BEFORE the service begin.
* *Chinchillas rarely need grooming at shops as they clean very well themselves in dust. Incase you do need to bring in your chinchillas, we are more than happy to assist you with our specialized skills.
